INFORM FP
Take appropriate and immediate action when an incident occurs, while prioritizing safety.
DO NOT act aggressive, angry or disrespectful, stay calm and only respond physically in the event of extreme physical threat to property or persons.
In any extreme and dangerous situation call 911 immediately.
In any other situation - if you are at a BTL Post notify Monitor Room first.
At any other post, notify the manager or senior in charge of that establishment.
While the information is fresh in your mind, accurately write the facts, actions taken, times, persons involved, and outcome of the incident.
If no logbook is available, use any other means to document the incident, WhatsApp, scrap paper, email etc.
Once the first 4 steps have been addressed, call your Fort Point Supervisor on duty to inform about the incident.
Following these steps, will ensure your work, and that of FP will always be respected.
